Requirements

  • Expert experience in using at least one Human Resource Information System or Human Resource Management System. Solid experience of using multiple HRIS/HRMS is highly desirable
  • Experience working in a global company, working with others across multiple countries and an understanding of the potential complexities involved
  • An ability to understand and comply with procedures and legislation relating to confidentiality, data protection and GDPR
  • Proficiency in MS O365 suite
  • The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • The flexibility and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Act as the system expert for HRIS (BambooHR) and Employee Experience (Culture Amp) and assist with LMS (EdApp) and ATS (Lever), implementing new functionality and workflows, supporting ongoing and cyclical processes, and managing entry and maintenance of data within the systems
  • Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR and employee files and process all employee changes
  • Enroll new employees to mandatory compliance training and monitor their completion
  • Generate HR reports and collate HR data to produce regular and ad-hoc reporting including HR metrics, training, leave, diversity and other reporting as per request, escalating complex reporting requirement requests for discussion with People and Performance Managers
  • Provide administrative support for Career and Performance Management, Engagement Survey and Salary Review processes
  • Administer the onboarding and offboarding process including assigning tasks within BambooHR, ensure tasks are completed and administer updates to tasks as requested to improve employee experience
  • Administrate surveys and survey requests via Culture Amp
  • Create and close self-reflection and performance review cycles in Culture Amp in partnership with the Learning & Organisational Development Manager
