Enrollment Services Manager

Summary

The job is for an Enrollment Services Manager at StraighterLine who will recruit, manage, and motivate a team to enroll early childhood educators in courses. The role requires some college experience, inside sales leadership experience, and 3+ years of sales or enrollment experience in the online education space.

Requirements

• Some college experience required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of inside sales leadership experience
• 3+ years sales, admissions, or enrollment experience, preferably in the online education space

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage day to day operations of the Early Education Enrollment Specialist team
• Identify and enroll the right centers and early childhood educators at the right time through the consultative sales process
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork and achievement
• Establish and produce baseline data and reports
• Address and resolve all escalated prospective customer concerns and/or issues
• Develop strong team relationships with the Marketing, Support Services Team and all other internal departments
• Identify and proactively communicate to leadership industry trends, team needs, and process improvements to drive business goals

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with early childhood education is a plus
