Requirements
- Exceptional educational background from a top-tier global institution
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in live trading in the defi space
- A passion for learning about protocol microstructure and design mechanisms
- Strong proficiency in on-chain research, risk management, and statistical analysis
- Programming skills (Python, Rust, Solidity, etc.) to implement, refine and execute strategies is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize cryptocurrency portfolios, employing quantitative strategies to achieve consistent returns
- Develop, backtest, and implement trading strategies in the cryptocurrency markets, balancing risk and reward
- Conduct deep analysis of crypto assets and market trends to make data-driven investment decisions
- Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and tech teams to refine strategies and improve portfolio performance
- Monitor and manage risks associated with trading strategies to ensure alignment with firm objectives
- Communicate portfolio performance and risk analysis to senior management and stakeholders regularly
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, including DeFi, tokenomics, and blockchain technology
- Curious about new technologies and research papers
