Summary

Join Keyrock, a leading change-maker in the digital asset space, as an experienced OTC Trader to oversee APAC OTC desk activities. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, significant trading experience in Asian markets, and a deep understanding of HFT and market-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a Quantitative field
• Experience in trading within Asian traditional financial markets; crypto trading experience or interest is a strong plus
• Prior experience managing counterparty relationships in high-volume, multi-product, and multi-geography trading environments
• Proficiency in analyzing and working with tabular data to drive trading decisions
• Proven track record in price discovery, negotiation, risk management, and execution best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and succinctly
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach, capable of independently driving trading strategies and growth initiatives within a team-oriented framework
• Strong ability to develop and enhance OTC and liquidity solutions for institutional market participants
• Solid understanding of electronic trading systems, liquidity dynamics, OMS/EMS, and API-based trading solutions
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure in fast-paced trading environments
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, listen, and learn from peers
• Comfortable working in a highly dynamic, cross-functional environment to align stakeholders and achieve trading objectives
• Willingness to travel for industry conferences, networking, and client engagements when required

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of all OTC trading activities within the APAC region, with a specific focus on high-touch and automated OTC services
• Identify and capitalize on new trading opportunities to drive volume and revenue for the OTC desk and liquidity systems
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with counterparties and liquidity providers
• Execute trades efficiently, providing competitive pricing and liquidity solutions to OTC counterparties
• Enhance trading strategies by understanding clients' liquidity needs and optimizing execution services accordingly
• Collaborate with developers to automate and streamline trading processes for increased efficiency
• Address trade-related inquiries both internally and externally, ensuring seamless execution and client support
• Work closely with internal teams, including Trading, Product, Technology, Operations, and Legal, to enhance institutional trading experiences
• Provide market insights and feedback to refine product offerings and ensure continuous improvement in trading solutions
• Work with Sales/Commercial team to strengthen existing relationships to drive increased trading volumes and deepen engagement with institutional clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HFT and/or market-making businesses is a significant advantage
• Experience in process optimization and automation is highly desirable
• Deep interest and curiosity in blockchain technology, crypto, and digital assets
