Remote Facility Implementation, Assistant Manager

Summary

Join Woven by Toyota, a mobility technology subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation, as an Assistant Manager to install, maintain, and manage facilities at Toyota Woven City. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment installation, project management, and logical thinking.

Requirements

• Must have one of the following qualifications: Advanced Information Processing Engineer Examination (IT Strategist, System Architect, Project Manager, Networks Specialist, IT Service Manager, System Assessment Engineer, Information, Processing Security Specialist)
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience in equipment installation
• Experienced in overall operations of equipment installation from planning, estimation, installation, and maintenance and preservation
• General legal knowledge of equipment installation (Subcontract Law, Telecommunications Business Law, Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law, Building Industry Law, etc.)
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactiveness identifying issues and engaging stakeholders
• Daily level English and business level Japanese proficiency

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement equipment installation required for Woven City
• Confirm regulatory and safety requirements for installed equipment
• Planning for equipment maintenance and preservation
• Smooth cooperation with Toyota Motor Corporation, the client
• Negotiation liaison and building good relationships with partners, including vendors
