Summary
Join our client, an early-stage start-up revolutionizing property management with AI, as their Founding Lead AI Engineer. You'll lead the development of RAG and ReACT pipelines, collaborate with the CTO and product manager, and implement AI solutions into production environments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of total software engineering experience
- At least 2 years spent developing AI solutions
- Experience working with NLP/GenAI is a must have for this position
- Extensive experience with Python (minimum 3 years)
- Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
- Knowledge of software development best practices (including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI solutions
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead projects and interface directly with senior management
- Fluent English with a minimum of B2/C1 level, enabling effective communication in a professional setting
Responsibilities
- Leading the development of RAG and ReACT pipelines using Python
- Collaborating closely with the CTO and product manager to define technical requirements
- Implementing and deploying AI solutions into production environments
- Developing CI pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI models in production
- Creating comprehensive documentation for AI models, algorithms, and systems
- Taking initiative in problem-solving and proactively identifying potential setbacks
- Upholding high standards of code quality and maintainability with thorough code reviews
- Mentoring mid and junior developers who will be hired in the next months
- Fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team
