Requirements

  • Knowledge of software development best practices (including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI solutions
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead projects and interface directly with senior management
  • Fluent English with a minimum of B2/C1 level, enabling effective communication in a professional setting

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development of RAG and ReACT pipelines using Python

Who are we?

Hi! We’re Bee Talents, an IT recruitment agency that has been helping clients from all around the world in building their technical teams since 2015. Today, we would like to invite you to participate in the recruitment process for one of our clients (currently on Stealth Mode).

They are an early-stage start-up with a very experienced founding team from the UK and Poland making our first 10 hires in the next year, and are looking for innovative and driven individuals to join them. As part of their first wave of talent, you will have a big impact on the development of their product and company!

Product: the company’s mission is to revolutionise the way homes are managed by building an AI-powered property management co-pilot. This AI agent will help clients with all things property-related - from finding an electrician or plumber to comparing home insurance quotes. Their platform will also digitise all information about a property to proactively manage maintenance and admin. The goal is to alleviate typical frustrations associated with property maintenance and repairs, thus improving marketplace efficiency and saving time and money.

Culture and the team: as the company they value ownership, accountability, proactivity and being authentic. Currently, they have 8 people on board (CEO, COO, CTO, UK Commercial Director and Head of Product,Senior Product Designer, Senior BE Engineer, Senior FE Engineert) and we’re looking for the Founding Lead AI Engineer with Minimum of 6 years of total software engineering experience, with at least a 2 years spent developing AI solutions.

💰Salary and type of contract:30-35k PLN on B2B (plus 0.75+% - depending on the experience - of the company’s value in 4 years vesting)

Your tasks:

  • leading the development of RAG and ReACT pipelines using Python (plus LLamaIndex, and Langchain), ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions,
  • collaborating closely with the CTO and product manager to define technical requirements and transforming visionary ideas into tangible products,
  • implementing and deploying AI solutions into production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency,
  • developing CI pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery,
  • staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply new techniques to improve existing systems,
  • monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI models in production, making necessary adjustments to enhance accuracy and efficiency,
  • creating comprehensive documentation for AI models, algorithms, and systems to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintenance,
  • taking initiative in problem-solving, proactively identifying and addressing potential setbacks throughout the development lifecycle,
  • upholding high standards of code quality and maintainability with thorough code reviews and adherence to best development practices,
  • mentoring mid and junior developers who will be hired in the next months,
  • fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
