Requirements

• 12+ years of experience working as a functional consultant with Temenos T24, specifically in Retail Banking
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Temenos T24 Arrangement Architecture (AA)
• Strong understanding of Retail banking processes and related T24 modules (e.g., Deposits, Loans, Accounts, Payments, LD, PD, Limit, Collateral). Experience in T24 product configuration and parameterization in a retail banking environment
• Proficiency in leading functional workshops, conducting requirements gathering, and performing gap analysis
• Strong documentation skills with experience in writing functional specifications
• Good understanding of T24 architecture, including AA, integration, and APIs

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional lead in the implementation of Temenos T24 Transact for retail banking, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Provide expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA), including product setup, configuration, and customization based on the client's retail banking needs
• Lead functional workshops to gather detailed requirements and map them to T24 capabilities
• Perform gap analysis and provide solutions for customization and configuration
• Design and document functional specifications for T24 modules and AA-related enhancements
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that functional designs are properly translated into system configurations and code
• Conduct user training sessions and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities. Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth system operations
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for T24 Retail banking modules and related functionalities
