Remote Functional Skills Maths Coach

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work. As a Level 2 Maths Functional Skills Coach, you will be responsible for guiding Functional Skills learning for our most complex cohorts and clients through a mixture of workshops and personalised 1:1 support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Functional Skills Maths training ensuring learners' timely and successful completion of apprenticeship programmes
• Utilise diagnostic assessment tools to evaluate and track learners Maths skills and competencies, tailoring instructional strategies to meet individual and group needs
• Regularly assess, monitor, and evaluate learner progress, making necessary adjustments based on data to ensure continued achievement
• Identify and provide additional learning support to learners as needed, using Alternative Learning Needs  and Additional Support Needs criteria where appropriate
• Using data to target your coaching techniques and personalised learning support to drive the best outcomes for learners
• Drive results in Functional Skills by strategically implementing interventions in collaboration with Delivery Coaches (apprenticeship programme coaches), ensuring learners remain on track and positioned for success in their programs
• Exhibit expertise in Functional Skills learning and coaching methodologies, confidently leading large-scale workshops and providing impactful one-on-one support tailored to individual needs
• Establish and nurture credibility with apprentices and peers alike, leveraging a rich blend of professional experience, program-specific knowledge, and industry insights to enhance every interaction
