Remote GenAI Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience with a strong engineering background, knowledge in machine learning, and a passion for generative AI and LLMs
• Proven experience working with LLMs and implementing AI solutions in real-world scenarios
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages and familiarity with ML libraries
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective AI systems leveraging LLMs
• Strong problem-solving skills and a clear understanding of algorithmic design
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and similar technologies
• Natural leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert in generative AI and large language models
• Lead the integration of LLMs into our products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
• Mentor and educate cross-functional teams on best practices and methodologies for working with LLMs and GenAI technologies
• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications utilizing LLMs, ensuring they meet high standards of performance and reliability
• Leverage frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AWS Bedrock and similar technologies to streamline and optimize AI development processes
• Continuously explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, and trends to identify opportunities for innovation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into AI solutions powered by LLMs
• Evaluate and compare different LLMs and GenAI technologies to determine the most suitable approach for specific projects
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to recommend the most suitable AI models and technologies for specific projects
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects, from research and development to deployment and maintenance
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new technologies to maintain CookUnity’s competitive edge
