Remote Hub Systems Validation and Verification Manager

Summary

Join the adventure at Loft Orbital as we make a disruptive change in the industry! This critical position will coordinate validation & verification activities between multi-disciplinary teams to define the roadmap for the validation & verification activities across the Hub system.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years electrical component development experience or systems engineering experience focused on electrical systems with HW/SW interactions
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in data visualization
• Strong interpersonal skills; capable of influencing others without formal authority

Responsibilities

• Define the overall validation & verification plan of the system made of various components being designed in-house by Loft called Hub and interconnected
• Ensure the consistency with the validation & verification roadmaps of each flight product
• Establish priorities & roadmap in coordination with the flight product, ground & test infra team leads
• Responsible for meeting schedule milestones at the various stages of the validation & verification plan

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient with Jira Global Configuration or familiar with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management)
• Proficient in Python
