Requirements
- 7+ years Product Marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep understanding of the HR buyer preferred
- Strong product marketing portfolio driving product launch, adoption & lifecycle initiatives with senior cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Highspot (or similar) and willing to learn new systems as needs arise
Responsibilities
- Diagnose buyer behavior and competitive dynamics to inform GTM and product strategy
- Oversee ongoing market research with both customers and prospective customers to advocate for buyer needs and capture competitive intelligence
- Validate campaign concepts and messaging through market testing and interactions with key industry analysts
- Create a feedback loop between our customer base and the product and marketing teams
- Advance our go-to-market strategy with compelling messaging and packaging
- Develop positioning and messaging for the products across our portfolio that convey differentiation and value in the minds of prospects and customers
- Contribute to recommendations for new pricing, packaging and product naming decisions
- Create high-quality sales narratives, collateral, case studies, and internal training materials that enable our sales and CX teams to drive higher win rates and expansion rates
- Maximize product adoption among prospects and current customers
- Generate widespread market awareness and incremental pipeline and revenue among prospects and customers by orchestrating successful product launches
- Partner closely with the Product Team to oversee roadmap communication, participate in the feature development process, and inform the company and market of our product vision
- Drive higher win rates, greater product adoption and expansion revenue with customers through sales enablement, product education and expansion campaigns
