Requirements

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- A passion for learning and self-improvement
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through phone and/or email inquiries
- Guide customers through the sales process using the ZenBusiness Sales Methodology
- Be a trusted advisor and problem solver
- Inform and close sales
- Maintain an engaged pipeline with prospective customers
- Set future check-in appointments and followups
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with potential clients
- Establish a 'WOW Experience' with each interaction, leaving customers satisfied
- Update and maintain accurate customer information within Salesforce during and after each customer contact
- Ensure that all customer records are up-to-date and complete
- Stay updated on ZenBusiness products and services, as well as industry trends
- Take the initiative to expand your industry knowledge continuously
