Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED required
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through phone and/or email inquiries, guiding them through the sales process using the ZenBusiness Sales Methodology. Be a trusted advisor and a problem solver
- Provide customers and prospects with comprehensive information about ZenBusiness products and services. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and exceed sales targets
- Maintain an engaged pipeline with prospective customers by setting future check-in appointments and followups
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with potential clients. Strive to establish a "WOW Experience" with each interaction, leaving customers satisfied
- Update and maintain accurate customer information within Salesforce during and after each customer contact. Ensure that all customer records are up-to-date and complete
- Stay updated on ZenBusiness products and services, as well as industry trends. Take the initiative to expand your industry knowledge continuously
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Sales experience in a contact center
- MacOS and G-Workspace knowledge is a plus!
- Experience with Google File Stream, Docs, Sheets, and Adobe DC
- Legal industry experience is a plus!
- An entrepreneurial spirit is a plus!
- A passion for learning and self-improvement
