Remote Insurance and Claims Manager

Join FINNs Autoabo as a Senior Insurance and Claims Manager to optimize insurance and claims management for our vehicle fleet, ensuring high efficiency and excellent product management. As a key contributor to risk management, you will work closely with service providers and insurers to resolve cases efficiently and coordinate the distribution of our fleet within our insurance portfolio.

Requirements

• Hold a completed commercial education in the field of insurance or a degree in a relevant field, or have several years of experience in the insurance industry
• Have expertise and at least one year of practical experience in damage case handling (KFZ-/ Haftpflicht- or Sach-Versicherung)
• Bring an analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented approach and have experience taking responsibility quickly
• Demonstrate communication and negotiation skills when interacting with various stakeholders and external service providers
• Enjoy identifying new challenges, solving them independently, and consistently looking beyond your own scope
• Speak fluent German (C2 level) and very good English (at least B2 level)

Responsibilities

• Optimize the damage management for Kasko- and Regress cases, Totalschäden, Diebstähle and manage large-scale damage events in collaboration with our service provider and insurers to ensure efficient processing
• Process requests from insurance companies and ensure that these are resolved promptly and professionally in close coordination with external partners to continuously improve service quality
• Monitor and optimize operational performance indicators such as processing times and insurance reserves in collaboration with external partners to ensure high efficiency in damage handling and drive continuous improvements
• Maintain relationships with fleet insurance partners and external claims managers, building these out to strengthen cooperation and secure access to optimal insurance solutions and attractive conditions for the car subscription offer
