Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on C# experience in Software Engineering or Test Automation
- 1+ year as a Software Engineering Manager or similar management role
- Proven track record with large projects involving complex system and team integrations
- Solid understanding of development best practices and .NET skills
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control measures
- Experience working with Monolithic and Micro-service software architectures
- Experience managing various stakeholders from Product and Engineering teams
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and relationship management skills
- Sharp critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Familiarity with payment processing industry
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Responsibilities
- Lead a technical agile team in application development, production, and testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver end-to-end business processes
- Ensure the team meets milestones, produces deliverables, and resolves issues effectively
- Mentor team members to promote individual growth and a positive team culture
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog with product managers; assist the PO with backlog organization and addressing the teamβs technical issues
- Work with Architecture, DevOps, and Release Engineering teams to enhance integration, continuous deployment, and test automation
- Oversee resource allocation; contribute to departmental plans and budgets
- Communicate daily with technical and business teams; represent the team in stakeholder calls, translating technical challenges into business terms
- Provide technical guidance on client systems; facilitate onboarding and knowledge sharing
- Ensure compliance of development and production support processes with corporate and regulatory standards
