Remote IT Administrator, 1st and 2nd Level Support

As our IT Administrator - 1st & 2nd Lvl Support, you will play a crucial role in shaping a more sustainable future by keeping our soft and hardware, as well as our internal IT security, in order.

Requirements

• You finished your studies or apprenticeship in an IT-related field
• You gained around three years of experience in a similar role
• You have a service-oriented and analytical mindset
• You worked with Windows and MacOS systems
• You can communicate with Stakeholders on different Levels in English and German

Responsibilities

• Will be the first Point of Contact for IT related questions
• Will act as a 1st & 2nd Level international support (German+English) + Onsite Support in our Headquarter (Ludwigsburg)
• Will take care of our IT Assets & Inventory
• Will provide the IT Equipment throughout the whole Employee Lifecycle
• Will take a part in the On-/Offboarding of employees
• Will be responsible for Ticket Classification & Management
• Will actively be involved in writing Documentation
• Will assist in various IT Projects
