Summary

Join our team as an IT Support Specialist at GetResponse! As a tech-savvy problem-solver, you'll help resolve hardware & software issues, administer Active Directory & Office 365, and maintain IT hardware. We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in IT support, strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, and Windows Server environments, and excellent social and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ year work experience in an IT Support or IT Helpdesk environment
  • Very good knowledge of macOS, Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environment
  • Ability to use knowledge bases and tools with technical acumen
  • Ability to train users to work with new computer hardware or software
  • Experience in network management
  • Technical English language proficiency
  • Excellent Polish language skill
  • Very good social and communication skills (ability to handle large volume of inquiries)

Responsibilities

  • Resolving hardware & software issues reported by GetResponse employees
  • Active Directory & Office 365 administration
  • Windows Server administration (Hyper-V & Microsoft Azure)
  • MDM administration (Jamf Pro & Microsoft Intune)
  • Maintaining IT hardware in the office
  • Maintaining SaaS & Support services
  • Participating in the onboarding processes for new hires
