Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required
- 1 year of customer service experience is required
- Previous call center experience
- Empathetic towards customer needs
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies by phone, email, text and chat using several insurance company systems
- Explain insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
- Assist 3rd parties with policy documentation and changes
- Work in a fun and collaborative team environment
