Requirements

  • Being agile, using the agile manifesto principles
  • Defining product visions accordingly, breaking them into smaller and incremental deliverables
  • Working with development teams, software architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and estimates and build a delivery plan
  • Planning the project and building roadmaps understandable for different people
  • Creating, prioritising and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring that all development requests are well-defined and aligned with business needs
  • Guaranteeing the production of clear and concise user stories, with acceptance criteria that reflect the needs of the end-users
  • Consistently communicating with stakeholders and keeping them informed of the status of requirements development
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of products
  • Understanding the software engineering processes like CI/CD, and test automation
  • Fluency in English
