Requirements

  • Experience with talent acquisition
  • Experience with candidate experience and problem-solving
  • Responsibility, strong work ethic, autonomy, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and effectively drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Completed degree or equivalent education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced English

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the scheduling of technical interviews for candidates in Corporate & Operations
  • Work in partnership with the recruiters in the area to ensure the hiring SLA
  • Be the guardian of the cNPS, ensuring weekly analyses of the data and providing improvement suggestions
  • Contribute to the screening and selection process for more junior profiles
  • Communicate periodically with hiring managers to build the best strategy for closing positions
