Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an employment litigation attorney

- Proven ability to manage a case independently

Responsibilities
- Manage cases from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Provide excellent communication with clients and colleagues, ensuring they are well-informed throughout their cases
- Negotiate settlements and handle trial advocacy where necessary
- Maintain a high standard of legal writing, research, and oral argument skills
- Prioritize and manage multiple cases at one time, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved
