Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud Infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, Firewall configuration, Data Protection, and Backup procedures, and Information Security best practices
  • Experience with networking troubleshooting and configuration
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Assist in deploying and configuring new hardware and software
  • Administer Microsoft Cloud and On-Prem Active Directories and manage M365 tenancy administration
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to offer informed support and recommendations

Job Title: Level 2 Support Engineer

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote)

Job Summary: Angeion Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Level 2 Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our user base, resolving complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of M365 Tenancies, Microsoft Domain Administration as well as on-prem and cloud IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to internal teams, resolving complex IT issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
