Remote Level 2 Support Engineer

Summary

Join Angeion Group's IT team as a Level 2 Support Engineer and provide advanced technical support to internal teams, resolving complex IT issues promptly. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of M365 Tenancies, Microsoft Domain Administration, and on-prem and cloud IT environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a technical support role, with at least 1 year in a Level 2 support position
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud Infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, Firewall configuration, Data Protection, and Backup procedures, and Information Security best practices
• Experience with networking troubleshooting and configuration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to internal teams, resolving complex IT issues promptly
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
• Collaborate with Level 1 support engineers to escalate and resolve issues requiring higher-level expertise
• Monitor and maintain IT systems for optimal performance and availability
• Document and track support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system
• Assist in deploying and configuring new hardware and software
• Administer Microsoft Cloud and On-Prem Active Directories and manage M365 tenancy administration
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to offer informed support and recommendations
