• 0-4 years of previous job experience in business operations

• Strong attention to detail
• Driven by data and highly analytical, good understanding of excel preferred

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications for borrowers applying for Branch loans, verify details and prevent fraud
• Escalating customer feedback and technical bugs to help improve our products
• Various administrative projects as needed
