Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven hands-on experience and a deep understanding of field marketing, PR communication, or related roles, preferably in B2B or SaaS industries
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
  • Proven success in executing marketing campaigns and PR at a regional level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimise field marketing campaigns and local PR initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and central marketing teams to ensure alignment on key business objectives and the successful implementation of regional marketing strategies
  • Support the development and execution of localized marketing campaigns
  • Create and utilise centrally created marketing assets to support local lead generation efforts
  • Collaborate closely with the central marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and broader company goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and industry thought leaders to increase brand visibility
  • Monitor and respond to local PR opportunities, crises, and inquiries in partnership with the PR agency and communications team
  • Coordinate press releases and media pitches
  • Assist in planning and executing regional events, including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and partner events
  • Serve as a liaison between central marketing, product, sales, and regional teams to ensure cohesive communication and consistent messaging
