  • Prepare, maintain, and update relevant documentation and specialized reports related to crisis management and media response
  • Monitor public sentiment, media coverage, and potential risks to anticipate and proactively respond to crises
  • Lead the development of communication frameworks and protocols to handle crisis situations
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure alignment on crisis communication strategies
  • Conduct training sessions and simulations to ensure preparedness across the organization
  • Provide real-time crisis communication support and guidance to executive leadership during crises
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in crisis management, aligning with organizational policies and procedures
