Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned merchant partners
  • Regularly review merchant performance, identify trends, and analyze patterns to recommend strategic improvements to merchants
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless merchant experiences and optimize the integration and utilization of PublicSquare products and services
  • Drive increased utilization of PublicSquare offerings through targeted strategies and cross-sell opportunities that meet both PublicSquare's objectives and the merchant's needs
  • Specialize in merchant consulting, engagement and retention strategies, in order to ensure merchant satisfaction and promote long-term engagement
  • Manage the successful onboarding of merchant accounts after PublicSquare receives a signed merchant agreement by collaborating with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Contribute to product development and marketing strategies by providing feedback and insights gained from merchant interactions and performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned merchant partners, acting as the primary point of contact and liaison between the merchants and various internal teams.
  • Regularly review merchant performance, identify trends, and analyze patterns to recommend strategic improvements to merchants.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless merchant experiences and optimize the integration and utilization of PublicSquare products and services.

  • Extensive knowledge of firearms and shooting sports industry
  • eCommerce and brick & mortar retail experience, especially in firearms industry
  • Extensive knowledge of PublicSquare and parallel economy movement
  • Fintech knowledge or experience
  • Sales and/or marketing education or experience
