  • The ability to run a number of different quotations and proposals in parallel and manage a wide range of third parties
  • Previous experience/working knowledge in the MICE industry for 3- 5 years
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese from Brazil and Spanish. Written and verbal language skills are compulsory
  • Deep knowledge of the European territory and what it can offer in terms of MICE services

Responsibilities

  • Receive client's briefing and complete with missing information, to send to our local offices in Europe
  • Make sure our local offices work on the brief and reply within accorded deadline
  • Work on the quotations and presentations received from our local offices, to adapt them to the LATAM market
  • Create proposals from zero, when required
  • Client management prior, during and after the event and to ensure repeat business
  • Budget management and post event reconciliation
  • Reporting to various Sales Directors in charge of LATAM source markets
