Requirements

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Valuable previous experience managing mobile development teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have more than 5 years of experience as a Mobile Developer
  • Experience working on developing modern and intuitive interfaces
  • Ensuring code quality and application optimization
  • Have created complex mobile applications on iOS or Android
  • Proficient on any or several OOP languages (Swift, Kotlin, Flutter/Dart and others). We use Flutter/Dart on our daily basis
  • Have experience working in agile and dynamic environments
  • Knowledge of Firebase and its functionalities

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the leadership of the team, maintaining close attention to needs and support while making technical decisions
  • Juggle between different projects at the same time
  • Support the project and the team while achieving their potential growth, setting goals and acting as a guide towards them
  • Guide the team on the use of good practices and remind them on the importance of the quality standards of the code
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
  • Find opportunities to automate manual processes and creatively add value to the project
  • Help the team on development efforts towards successful and timely project delivery
  • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
  • Participate and be responsible within the decision-making process
  • Support and advise the team on estimating efforts and tasks
  • Maintain a problem-solving attitude
  • Promote the use of new tools and supervise their proper use
