Remote Oracle Project Manager

Summary

Join our team as an Oracle Project Manager and lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Oracle consulting experience, including 5 full-cycle implementations of Oracle e-Business Suite (11.5x/R12) as an Oracle Project Manager
• Experience with Oracle OHMPI technology implementation and Oracle Sales Cloud
• Extensive knowledge of core Oracle ERP modules (Financials, Supply Chain, Human Resources)
• Experience in managing Oracle EPM products (e.g., Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM) is highly desirable
• Strong technical knowledge of QA/Testing tools (e.g., HP ALM) and configuration tools (e.g., Swift Suite)
• Certifications in Oracle project management (Prince2 or equivalent) are a plus
• PMP, Scrum or similar certifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive project plans (WBS) with timelines, resources, and budgets
• Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff, third-party vendors, and consultants, to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, applying appropriate controls and mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance, IT, and Supply Chain departments
• Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and external regulatory requirements (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI)
• Manage scope and change control processes, ensuring any changes to the project are evaluated for impact on time, cost, and resources
• Lead testing strategies and ensure all requirements are met during testing and production phases
• Take full responsibility for project budgets, ensuring costs are managed effectively, and projects are delivered profitably
