Requirements

  • 2+ years in an HR Generalist or Talent Management or equivalent role
  • Proven ability to provide sound advice to leader, with or without direction
  • Experience working through employee relations situations
  • Experience supporting the delivery of performance management programs
  • Demonstrated ability to show strong judgment, and the know when to escalate for support
  • Strong teamwork & communication
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment law

Responsibilities

  • Act as an advisor to front-line leaders on performance management including advising leaders on how to address common performance situations
  • Support leaders to ensure equitable and consistent intervention for employees who require support to meet role expectations
  • Enable front-line leaders to have the confidence to lead through common leadership situations that are new for them
  • Advise on navigating common but sensitive low performance scenarios
  • Leverage internal processes to help leaders navigate through nuance
  • Ensure policies, practices, and programs are administered in an equitable and consistent manner
  • Partner closely with your leader to ensure the timely identification of trends and sharing of insights on program delivery
  • Support the compassionate offboarding of employees as required
