Requirements

• 5+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation
• A successful 1st chair jury trial track record
• Licensed and in good standing with the your State Bar
• Experience drafting and responding to motions
• Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
