Summary

TorkLaw is seeking a compassionate, responsible, service-oriented, respectful, collaborative, authentic, ethical, accountable Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join their dynamic team. The attorney will manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement, conduct thorough investigations, draft legal documents, negotiate settlements, and provide exceptional client service. Requirements

  • Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in state
  • 12+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on Pre-Litigation
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury cases
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
  • Proven track record of successful case management and client representation, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
  • Experience in conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing sound legal advice to clients
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team, including coordinating with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
