We are looking for: Placing Specialist who will strengthen our Operations team.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Accurately  process customer orders into the company’s order management system.

Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping information.

Ensure that all orders comply with company policies and procedures.

Communication:

Resolve order-related issues and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Documentation:

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all orders, including order confirmations and shipping details. Generate and distribute relevant documentation.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance order processing efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.

A successful candidate:

• Speaks fluently and conducts business correspondence (at level of B2 or higher) in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in order processing or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in order management systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
