Requirements

  • Expert in designing and administering Microsoft SharePoint in an international enterprise environment
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to create custom tools for managing data and workflows
  • Demonstrated experience working with auditable and mission-critical data and documents, defining solutions with appropriate security, alerting, permissions, and data integrity checks
  • Robust understanding of core IT principles, including service level agreements, data retention policies, recovery time objectives, and recovery point objectives
  • Experience creating solutions in an international context
  • Confident in delivering through Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks
  • Understands the importance of unit and integration testing, incorporating appropriate test plans into deliverables
  • Collaborates with the IT Infrastructure team to ensure non-functional requirements, such as performance, scalability, resilience, licensing, and identity/access management
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Actively contributes to automation and continuous improvement for both small and large projects
  • Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage a demanding project portfolio
  • Self-starter, decisive, works at a fast pace, takes ownership, and drives topics to completion
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices in SharePoint and the O365 suite

Responsibilities

  • Create custom PowerApps for staff to manage local information, utilizing Power Automate to integrate data into secure SharePoint areas or a data warehouse
  • Ensure the SharePoint environment is optimally structured and secured, ensuring sensitive data is accessible only to authorized personnel
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from conducting idea workshops with end users to designing, creating, and supporting solutions
  • Support the Service Operations team by managing end user administration requests and tickets, with an initial focus on this task and transitioning it to the service desk

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with reporting solutions (Microsoft PowerBI) and relational database (Microsoft SQL server, MySQL) concepts
  • Experience in areas such as DBA, BI, or legal DMS
