Summary
Join our partner, a forward-thinking educational institution, as a skilled Pre-Sales Consultant to drive client engagement and demonstrate the value of their training solutions. As a key member of the Corporate & Professional Learning team, you will be responsible for solution design, client engagement, proposal development, internal collaboration, market research, and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees like an MBA are advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or business development role, ideally within the training or education sector
- Proficiency in educational technology platforms, with experience in delivering technical product demonstrations
Responsibilities
- Partner with business development to understand client needs and tailor training solutions
- Delivering presentations, demos, and sessions to HR, IT, and L&D teams, addressing technical questions
- Creating customized proposals, learning paths, and responses to RFPs aligned with client goals
- Working with marketing, academic, and technical teams to optimize client solutions
- Staying updated on educational trends and competitor offerings to enhance the institution's strategies
- Building strong relationships, providing support from pre-sales to contract completion
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with instructional design, course development, or learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience or certification in digital skills domains (e.g., big data, AI, cybersecurity) or soft skills training
