Summary
Join Our Team: We're looking for a Procurement Analyst to support our Contingent Worker Management Office by coordinating statement-of-work (SOW) reviews, onboarding, and terminations for contingent workers. This role will be a key resource, managing process documentation, creating reports, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in procurement, contingent worker onboarding, or staffing industry
 - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, managers, and directors, to provide process direction and recommendations that support strategic decision-making processes
 - Experience in the creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for the effective communication of insights and findings to a variety of internal stakeholders
 - A bachelorโs degree in procurement, business management, finance, or a related field
 
Responsibilities
- Reviews and inputs new contracts into the legal approval process for stakeholders
 - Reviews and validates data related to the onboarding of new contingent workers
 - Defines and produces regular reporting related to contingent workers for business stakeholders and finance
 - Supports the Senior Director of Procurement with strategic negotiations and partnerships
 - Continuously looking to improve processes and process documentation for the contingent work program
 - Works closely with finance to validate contingent worker spending against budget
 - Guides internal stakeholders on how to navigate the contingent worker process
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to write and define new processes
 - Understanding of WorkDay HR module
 - Basic understanding of contractual terms and contract frameworks
 - Willingness to provide exceptional customer services to internal stakeholders
 - Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple requests
