Remote Product Designer

Summary

Join our IT-product team as a product designer in a fast-paced growing company. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with excellent technical, written, and oral communication skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of equivalent, relevant work experience
• Must have a portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc
• Experience in building and shipping web and mobile applications
• Experience in communicating and collaborating with engineering teams in an agile development environment
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus
• Impeccable communication skills

Responsibilities

• Solve complex business problems of enterprise delivery
• Ensure consistent and seamless user experiences across multi-platform (Web and mobile app)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers and operation team, to help define business and feature requirements
• Define clear problems through user research and data
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behavior
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use
• Iterate design based on the feedback from stakeholders or usability testing
• Work closely with engineers to ensure successful implementation of designs
• Actively engage in design critique sessions with fellow designers to elevate our standards of quality
• Make design decisions based on real evidence rather than relying on personal intuition
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design
