Requirements
- 5-6+ years of product management - You have a deep understanding of the product craft throughout the entire product lifecycle - delivering successful & innovative products
- Onboarding product expertise – You understand the importance of a customer’s early experience and the role of effective onboarding. You are able to define and execute on key “aha” moments for customers to increase propensity for retention
- Experience building intuitive, delightful product experiences in domains with complex regulatory requirements - You are able to wade through high legal and compliance complexity to deliver experiences that are delightful while being compliant
- Fluency with data & A/B testing – You are very comfortable defining & running A/B tests. You know how to leverage data to make product decisions rapidly & insightfully
- An “owner” and “driver” mindset – You are biased toward action and get stuff done. No task is too big or too small for you. You strive to solve problems independently, while striking the balance of asking for help
- Drive for simplicity & elegance – Ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making them our customers’ and partner’s problems
- A high quality bar – For your own contributions and those of the people around you
- Comfort & skill with ambiguity - Ability to independently solve ambiguous problems with - first principles and structured thinking
- Strong written and & communication - High signal, clear & succinct, and structured communication
- Intellectual curiosity & humility – Product development is a deep team sport. You are intellectually curious, a team player, and have strong opinions loosely held w/ humility
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, implementation, and customer & business outcomes for Onboarding & Business Formation product area
- Lead and inspire an XFN team (design, engineering, operations, legal, sales & marketing etc.) to ideate on and ship innovative experiences
- Deeply understand business and product performance to ensure the team is focused on the highest leverage opportunities that balance long term growth with immediate business needs
- Manage the roadmap and team processes to enhance quality and velocity of execution, make tradeoff decisions between business priorities and available resources
- Drive effective partnership both cross-functionally, across product teams, and external partners to ensure the team is effectively strong business outcomes
- Define the framework and metrics to measure the impact of the team; deeply understand the core drivers and monitor progress

- Compensation Range: $190,000 - $220,000 annual base salary
