Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new product or technology opportunities, aligning us with customer needs and market trends
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to teams in selecting the right products or technologies for their projects
  • Connecting internal and external customers with relevant experts across our Products & Technology teams
  • Develop and maintain efficient dashboards and reporting tools to track bookings, revenue, and forecasts
  • Monitor and analyse service performance metrics, customer feedback, and usage data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimisation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience
  • Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs, ensuring customer insights drive product and technology decisions
  • Provide technical support and guidance to teams on quality, logistics, and other operational aspects related to product and technology implementation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service delivery and product management

  • For this role, you can be based in France, UK, Benelux, Italy or Spain

What is the purpose of the role?

The Product Manager Asset Care - Water Treatment will join our European services team.

Playing a crucial role in supporting our European teams, you will be developing product and technology-related projects across our service offerings by driving business growth and operational excellence.

Using your current knowledge in Asset Care / Water Treatment, on the commercial front you will spearhead efforts to identify and capitalise on product and technology opportunities across current and new customers.

Simultaneously, you will oversee the operational aspects such as service delivery, invoicing & revenue follow up

What are the day to day duties?
