Remote Product Manager, Core Product

Summary

Join Outschool's ambitious team to drive positive change in education by improving retention of Parents & Learners on our platform. As the second PM on our Core Product team, you'll collaborate to drive innovative changes on critical surfaces like search and recommendations, and spend considerable mindshare on new products that can drive retention with bets like subscriptions, AI and social.

Requirements

• Experience driving improvements on a consumer marketplace, as either a PM or adjacent role (ex: engineer, design, data)
• Experience with optimization of Search & Recommendation systems
• Ability to reason about technical topics like ML at a conceptual level
• User oriented thinking is your default – with a strong track record of building great consumer UX

Responsibilities

• Make significant improvements to Search & Recommendation experiences on Outschool to drive parent retention
• Lead a cross-functional team in quickly building, iterating on, and shipping UX
• Drive org-wide alignment on strategies for improving our core product that would improve parent & learner retention
