Remote Product Manager - Integration

Summary

Join Aircall, a fast-growing B2B startup, as an Experienced Product Manager to create best-of-class integrations with key partners and drive revenue growth. As a key player in the company's ecosystem, you will define Aircall's vision for integrations, lead a development team, and work with various stakeholders across product lifecycle phases.

Requirements

• +3 years of business experience using analytics to drive product results
• Experience in working with integrated softwares, white-label solutions and APIs
• Having worked on core CRMs and/or Helpdesks is a plus (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Intercom…)
• You have been working for a B2B SaaS company for at least 3 years
• Clear, structured thinking and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create best-of-class integrations with our key partners
• Define Aircall's vision for the Integrations scope of work and make it a success
• Discover and present new product insights by analyzing qualitative and quantitative customer data
• Lead a development team with the help of data analysts, backend and frontend developers
