Responsibilities

  • Manage the Finance Transformation project timeline, ensuring milestones are met on time
  • Coordinate project scope definition
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders throughout project to ensure smooth delivery
  • Track project risks and issues, ensuring they are logged, escalated, and mitigated as necessary
  • Ensure proper resource allocation, working with teams to manage workload and project priorities
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Monitor budgets and timelines, ensuring the project stays on track financially and operationally
  • Organize and run project meetings, maintaining clear agendas, actions, and follow-ups
  • Liaise with third-party vendors as required to ensure project components are delivered according to plan
  • Work with the Finance VP on Finance Transformation program management, ensuring coordinated approach to project selection

As a Project Manager your primary responsibility will be to manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives within the Finance Transformation program.
