​​About the Role:

We are currently hiring a Contract Recruiter to join our Care Operations Team and grow the provider network working on the Hims and Hers platform. You will develop and implement our provider recruitment strategy and manage the full recruitment cycle for the doctors, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers hired to work on the platform. We are looking for a diligent, dedicated, and motivated individual who is passionate about healthcare and loves solving problems. The contract is for two months (November - December) with the possibility to extend depending on the business needs and performance.

You Will:

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment: Sourcing, screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, and developing a strong talent pipeline of highly qualified and diverse clinical professionals

You Have:

  • 2+ years of work experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Working knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment market trends.
  • Innovative sourcing methods and experience creatively finding new candidates
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (like LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Self-starter aptitude and ability to work independently: you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and managing competing priorities
  • Bonus points if you have experience in clinical recruitment

This is a contract role that will be paid hourly. Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for US-based candidates.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.

Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on location and job-related factors.

An estimate of the current hourly range is

$35—$65 USD
