Requirements
- Over 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), including 3 years in Test Automation
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern test methodologies, with a focus on web application testing
- Proficient in the development and maintenance of automated tests, as well as the use of automated testing tools and defect-tracking systems such as JIRA, with expertise in Java/Groovy-based programming languages
- Knowledge of Selenium and the Spock Framework is an advantage
- Extensive experience in bug escalation management, including triage processes and conducting thorough initial investigations to reproduce and fully understand issues
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Management
- Experience working in IT consulting environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with various project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Proven ability to work in a global setting, delivering services to international clients
Responsibilities
- Responsible for testing all aspects of a given application to ensure application upgrades and patches are compatible and continue operation in the production environment
- Development of automated test scripts
- Execute component testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance Testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing in accordance with agreed test cases and test plans
- Defect reporting and tracking – recording and follow up to resolution
- Assist with standardization of testing processes and methodologies, including making suggestions on improvements to test practices and efforts
- Provide testing status updates on request
- Identify and escalate non-defect related risks encountered during testing that may impact test progress
- Critically evaluate current processes and creatively suggest process improvement from the business user’s perspective
- Undertake varying forms of testing required, including functional, automated, security, performance, system, integration, and regression
- Liaise with project members, including developers, business analysts, senior managers, and business users
- Adapt the fundamentals of testing to fit the application under test
- Create test deliverables, including test plans, test strategies, test cases, test reports, and defect tracking procedures

Responsibilities
Responsible for testing all aspects of a given application to ensure application upgrades and patches are compatible and continue operation in the production environment
Development of automated test scripts
Execute component testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance
Testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing in accordance with agreed test cases and test plans
