Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience selling iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions is a significant plus
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with a focus on coaching and mentoring
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members
  • Provide ongoing coaching to direct reports
  • Lead and participate in key client and prospect meetings
  • Develop and implement successful sales campaigns
  • Actively monitor demand generation activities
  • Develop customized automation strategies
  • Work with product, engineering, and delivery teams
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Build and maintain strong regional partnerships
  • Own event planning within the region
  • Regularly review and adjust the regional strategy
  • Accurately report on sales activity, pipeline health, and forecast performance
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with corporate resources to ensure consistent processes
  • Lead initiatives to expand Tray.ai's presence in new markets and industries
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring their success and long-term partnership with Tray.ai
