The successful candidate will coordinate licensing applications, maintain regulatory compliance, liaise with regulators, engage with internal stakeholders, and document management.

Requirements

• High attention to detail and excellent analytical and research skills
• Keen understanding or appetite to learn more about the crypto industry and available products
• Experience in a consulting capacity in the field of regulations, legal, or compliance
• Native English speaker, or a major in languages or similar studies. Excellent written communication skills are essential
• Team Player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and within a small team setting
• Exceptional work ethic
• Ability to build relationships, both internally and externally, with a range of stakeholders and all levels

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Licensing Applications: Manage and oversee the submission of regulatory licensing applications, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met for timely approval
• Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with licensing conditions by monitoring changes in regulations and updating licenses as required
• Liaise with Regulators: Serve as the main point of contact between the organization and regulatory authorities, facilitating communication and responding to queries related to licensing matters
• Engage with key internal stakeholders : collaborate with internal teams (e.g. risk management, compliance, legal, finance, technology), to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements as part of licensing applications
• Document Management: Organize and maintain comprehensive records of all regulatory licenses, filings, and communications to ensure full traceability and accessibility during audits or inspections
