Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate recording of revenue-related transactions in accordance with GAAP
  • Participate in monthly accounting close activities and deliverables in NetSuite (i.e. journal entries, account reconciliations, analytics, and reporting)
  • Partner and collaborate with cross functional teams including but not limited to Sales, Sales Operations, Legal and Finance
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementation
  • Support the overall order to cash operations - reviewing contracts, onboarding customers, invoicing accurately and timely and developer payouts, etc
  • Ensure the integrity of key processes by understanding systems, flow of transactions, internal controls and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in refining revenue accounting operations with a focus on continuous improvements
  • Support quarterly reviews and annual audits and prepare audit schedules and disclosure-related schedules in a timely manner
  • Ad hoc project work as needed

Role Summary

We are looking for a Revenue Accountant to join our global Accounting Team. The Revenue Accountant will report to the Revenue Manager and support the day to day operations - order processing, invoicing, collections, payouts, support sales, etc. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on self-starter who is detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment, and has strong communication skills
