Responsibilities

  • Navigate various websites to identify and pursue contract bid opportunities
  • Source equipment quotes to accurately prepare competitive bids
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors to foster repeat business and streamline the bidding process
  • Handle incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and route them to the appropriate personnel
  • Manage and organize company email boxes, including accepting and processing service requests
  • Create jobs in our system and assign technicians for service requests
  • Manage and maintain service contract relationships to ensure all obligations are met
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support business operations
  • Assist with website optimization and marketing projects to promote the business
  • Contribute to other projects aimed at improving overall business efficiency

REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support VA

REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Senior or Advanced Level

MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 40 hours /week

SHIFT TIME ZONE: CST

SHIFT HOURS 7:00 am to 05:00 pm

SHIFT DAY: Monday to Friday

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales & Administrative Coordinator Virtual Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, skilled in communication, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities to improve our business efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales

• Navigate various websites to identify and pursue contract bid opportunities.

• Source equipment quotes to accurately prepare competitive bids.

Skills & Qualifications:

high-quality customer service. - Technologically proficient: Comfortable using software to manage emails, service requests, and

other operational systems. - Preferred: Candidates with an American accent for phone communication
