- Technologically proficient: Comfortable using software to manage emails, service requests, and other operational systems
Responsibilities
- Navigate various websites to identify and pursue contract bid opportunities
- Source equipment quotes to accurately prepare competitive bids
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors to foster repeat business and streamline the bidding process
- Handle incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and route them to the appropriate personnel
- Manage and organize company email boxes, including accepting and processing service requests
- Create jobs in our system and assign technicians for service requests
- Manage and maintain service contract relationships to ensure all obligations are met
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support business operations
- Assist with website optimization and marketing projects to promote the business
- Contribute to other projects aimed at improving overall business efficiency

SHIFT HOURS 7:00 am to 05:00 pm
SHIFT DAY: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales
