Requirements

• Proven experience in a quality assurance role within a sales or customer success environment
• Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to evaluate and coach sales performance effectively
• Experience in building and optimizing QA processes from scratch would be beneficial
• Knowledge of automation tools and techniques to improve QA workflows would be beneficial
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to sales professionals
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program with clear criteria and benchmarks to evaluate the performance of our sales experts
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of sales interactions to ensure they meet company standards,customer expectations, and adherence to best practices
• Utilize data and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales quality and effectiveness
• Automate QA processes where possible, streamlining workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Enablement teams to drive targeted training & development programs based on QA insights
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our sales quality processes
