Seasonal Customer Engagement Associate

Summary

Join Sur La Table as a Customer Engagement Associate and contribute to the success of the company by writing, sending, and responding to personalized customer emails. This full-time seasonal hourly position will report into the Director of CRM & Loyalty.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or equivalent professional work experience
• 1+ years retail copywriting experience OR 1+ years customer service experience
• Able to work in a faced-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks to deliver copy on time
• Ability to self-manage, show initiative, and effectively meet and exceed goals
• Ability to learn the reporting tool and provide reports on a weekly basis
• Experience in MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A keen eye for details and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Compose and send personalized emails to high-value customers, ensuring a tailored experience
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, addressing questions and concerns effectively
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Track and report customer feedback and engagement metrics
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the team
