Responsibilities

  • Manage 1-2 large-sized clients and 1-3 medium/small-sized clients, providing strategic guidance that aligns with their business objectives and industry dynamics
  • Lead strategy sessions with internal and external stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into actionable digital strategies
  • Orchestrate the efforts of subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal teams, ensuring their work aligns with and supports the overarching client strategy
  • Continuously analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to provide forward-thinking recommendations to clients
  • Proactively identify areas for innovation and growth within each account
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's business, becoming an extension of their team and a passionate advocate for their success
  • Foster a culture of exceptional client hospitality by consistently demonstrating attentiveness, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving, ensuring each client feels valued and receives a tailored, premium service experience
  • Seamlessly lead client renewal processes, leveraging strategic insights and demonstrated value to secure long-term partnerships
  • Support new business development efforts by sharing strategic insights and best practices across the organization
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality work that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Managing client communications, including regular status updates and executive-level presentations
  • Monitoring account health, addressing issues proactively, and ensuring client satisfaction at all levels
  • Utilize and maintain project management platforms to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of all client projects
  • Oversee budgets and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

We are seeking a strategic visionary and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our Account Management team!

Strategic Focus

As a Senior Account Manager at Wheelhouse DMG, you will be the driving force behind our clients’ long-term success, acting as a strategic partner while ensuring flawless execution of day-to-day operations. Your role will be pivotal in:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive, long-term strategic plans for each client, aligning our services with their evolving business objectives and industry trends
  • Cultivating deep, multifaceted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of client organizations, becoming their trusted advisor and go-to resource for digital strategy
  • Anticipating client needs and proactively proposing innovative solutions that drive growth and create new opportunities for both the client and Wheelhouse DMG
  • Bridging the gap between high-level strategy and tactical execution, ensuring that day-to-day activities consistently support and advance long-term goals
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that address complex client challenges and exceed expectations
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for account growth and expansion, consistently pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for our clients

Compensation Range

$120,000—$140,000 USD
